Beta Terms & Disclaimer

Last updated 29 August 2026 · applies to the invite-only beta

1. What PeachCut is

PeachCut is an early-access (beta) tool operated by Georgi Tsonev, Bulgaria. It reads the scoreboard of a basketball game video, detects scoring moments and builds highlight reels. Access is by invitation only and free of charge during the beta.

2. Your videos

You submit a game by pasting a YouTube link or uploading a file. You confirm that you have the right, or the permission of the person who does, to use that recording for your team's review and highlights. PeachCut processes the video only on your instruction and only for that purpose. If a rights holder objects to a video, we remove it.

3. No guarantees

Detection is automatic and imperfect: baskets can be missed, scores misread, timings off by a few seconds. Check the result in the editor before you rely on it. The service may be slow, unavailable or change without notice while in beta.

4. Your data, and what is public

We store your email address and a hashed password, the games you submit (video, detected events, reels) and technical logs. Source videos are removed shortly after processing; reels and game pages may be deleted at any time during the beta — download what you want to keep.

Taking part in the beta includes letting us watch how the product is used. We record sessions with Microsoft Clarity (session recordings, heatmaps, click and navigation analytics) and ask you to acknowledge this once, after your first login. Recordings capture the interface — clicks, scrolling, navigation — not your video footage; typed text is masked. Data is processed by Microsoft (Azure, US data centres) under standard contractual clauses and kept for 30 days (aggregated click data up to 9 months). It is used only to improve PeachCut and is never shared. If you do not want to be recorded, you can leave the beta at any time via the feedback form and we delete your account and data.

Every finished game has a public page reachable by anyone who has its link (the "Share" button). It shows the game title, team names, score, scoring moments, the video and the latest reel. Only share links you are comfortable being public.

5. Improving the detector

Scoreboard crops and detected scores from processed games are used to train and evaluate the scoreboard reader. These are small images of the on-screen score, not footage of people.

6. Fair use of the beta

Each game costs real processing money. Accounts are limited to a few games per day and one game processing at a time. Please don't share your invite code or use the service for anything other than your own team's games.

7. Leaving, deleting, contact

You can delete any game from your dashboard. To delete your account and all its data, or for anything else, use the feedback form — requests are handled within a few days. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
